Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges include VAT where applicable and are shown in your basket before you pay.

When will my order arrive?

• Dispatch: within 1–2 working days of your order (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
• Delivery: most parcels arrive 1–3 working days after dispatch.
• Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed the next working day.

These are estimates, not guarantees. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days, please contact us at hello@rogueworkshopsupplies.co.uk and we'll chase it straight away.

Where we deliver

We deliver to UK mainland addresses. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands may take longer. If we can't deliver to your address we'll contact you and give you a full refund.

How your order is sent

Your order is dispatched directly from our distribution warehouse by courier. Larger orders may occasionally arrive in more than one parcel.

Damaged or missing items

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, let us know within 7 days at hello@rogueworkshopsupplies.co.uk with your order number (and a photo if something is damaged). We'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
