Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind, you can return most items within 14 days of receiving them. If something is faulty, we'll put it right.

Changed your mind?

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it.

1. Tell us within 14 days by emailing hello@rogueworkshopsupplies.co.uk with your order number and the items you're returning. You can also use the model cancellation form, but you don't have to.
2. Send the items back within 14 days of telling us, to the returns address below.
3. Items should be unused and, where possible, in their original packaging. You're responsible for the item while it's in your care, so pack it securely.

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items that don't reach us.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply:

• Within 30 days of delivery you can reject it for a full refund.
• After 30 days (up to 6 months) we'll repair or replace it, or refund you if that isn't possible.

We cover the cost of returning faulty or incorrect items. Email hello@rogueworkshopsupplies.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the problem first, and we'll arrange the return. These rights are in addition to the change-of-mind policy above and aren't affected by it.

Items we can't accept back

For health, hygiene and safety reasons we can't accept change-of-mind returns of:

• Chemicals, aerosols, lubricants, adhesives and cleaning products once the seal or cap has been opened.
• Personal protective equipment (gloves, masks, ear protection) once removed from sealed packaging.

This doesn't affect your rights if one of these items is faulty.

Refunds

• We refund within 14 days of receiving the items back (or of you providing proof of postage, if sooner).
• Refunds go back to your original payment method.
• If you return your whole order, we refund the standard delivery charge you paid as well. Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns aren't refunded.
• We may reduce a refund if an item has been used or handled beyond what's needed to check it.

Trade customers

If you're buying as a business, the statutory cancellation rights above don't apply by law, but we'll happily accept unused items back within 14 days on the same terms. Just contact us first.
