This policy explains what personal information we collect when you shop with us, why, and your rights.

Who we are

Ben Suffield, trading as Rogue Workshop is the controller of your personal data. Contact us about privacy at hello@rogueworkshopsupplies.co.uk or by post at Unit 6D, Southfield Mills, Morley, Leeds, LS27 0HW.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, delivery address, email address, phone number and what you bought.
• Payment: handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment but never your full card details.
• Messages: anything you send us by email or phone.

Why we use it (and our lawful basis)

• To process, deliver and support your order: performance of a contract.
• To keep accounting and tax records: legal obligation.
• To prevent fraud and keep our website secure: legitimate interests.

We don't send marketing emails unless you've asked us to, and we never sell your data.

Who we share it with

• Our fulfilment partner and couriers, who need your name, address and phone number to pick, pack and deliver your order.
• Stripe, our payment provider, to take payment securely.
• Our website hosting and email providers, who store data on our behalf.
• Authorities such as HMRC where the law requires.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations) are in place.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for 6 years after the end of the tax year they relate to, as required for tax purposes. Other correspondence is deleted when no longer needed.

Cookies

We use one cookie to remember your basket, and your browser stores your Incl./Excl. VAT preference. Both are strictly necessary for the site to work, so we don't ask for consent. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and product images from our supplier's image server, which means those services receive your IP address in order to deliver the files.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email hello@rogueworkshopsupplies.co.uk. We'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
