This is a 5 way female Superseal connector housing for making waterproof joints in wiring, mainly on automotive and marine work. It is designed for the Superseal range and takes cable from 0.5mm² to 1.5mm².
The yellow seal is ribbed silicone rubber. It seals around the cable entry point on male and female Superseal housings and suits cable with an insulation diameter of 1.7 - 2.4mm, which is equivalent to 0.5 - 1.5mm² thin wall cable. The terminal is for use with Superseal waterproof connectors.
