Black button head cable ties for securing cables, hoses and looms through a mounting hole, often called chassis mount ties. They are two-piece ties, and the strap passes into and out of the head in parallel.
You can direct the strap clockwise or anticlockwise before feeding it into the head, so the tie can loop in either direction. They suit jobs where you can reach both sides of the hole, and they're widely used on cars, trucks and heavy equipment.
