Steel Dome Nut

Steel dome nuts (also called cap nuts) that close off the exposed end of a threaded bolt. Covering the end keeps the thread from being damaged, cuts down the chance of catching yourself on a sharp bolt end, and leaves a tidy finished look. They have a Bright Zinc Plated (BZP) finish for good corrosion resistance.

Made to DIN 1587, they suit automotive, engineering, machinery, construction and general fixing work wherever the bolt end needs protecting and the fixing needs to look neat. Sizes 5mm to 10mm come in packs of 100, and 12mm comes in packs of 50.
