Emery Roll

Emery roll for sanding, cleaning, polishing and preparing metal surfaces. It takes off rust, scale, oxidation and surface imperfections, and works on steel, aluminium, brass, bronze, copper and other metals.

Because it comes on a roll, you can tear off exactly the length you need and waste less. It's a useful stock item for workshop, engineering, automotive, fabrication and maintenance work. The flexible backing follows curved and irregular shapes, and the hard-wearing abrasive coating keeps cutting well.

Sizes and grits:

• 25mm x 50m: 40 grit (coarse)
• 25mm x 50m: 60 grit (medium)
• 25mm x 50m: 80 grit (medium/fine)
• 25mm x 50m: 120 grit (fine)
• 25mm x 50m: 150 grit (fine)
• 50mm x 50m: 80 grit (medium/fine)

Choosing a grit: the lower the grit number, the coarser the abrasive. Mid-range numbers are medium, and higher numbers give a finer finish.
