Instant Ice Pack

A disposable instant ice pack that gives cold therapy on the spot, with no fridge or freezer needed. Break the water bag inside to activate the urea crystals and the pack starts cooling straight away, staying cold for up to 25 minutes.

It helps manage bumps, strains and sprains, which makes it a sensible item for workshop and vehicle first aid kits, as well as for sports and other physical activities. It is compact and single-use, so you can keep it stored ready until it's needed.
