These are screw-fix base mounts made from 316-grade stainless steel, used to anchor cable ties to a surface. They come in packs of 50 with either M4 or M6 screw holes. They suit indoor and outdoor installations, including hazardous or high-stress environments.

Fix the mount to the surface, then thread a cable tie through it to secure cables, conduit or hoses. They take cable ties up to 10mm wide.
