Circuit Breaker Blade Fuses (auto reset) (Pack of 1)

These auto-reset circuit breakers fit in place of standard automotive blade fuses on circuits where you want a breaker that trips rather than a fuse that blows. They have a standard-size blade to suit standard (high-topped) automotive blade fuse boxes, so they let you reset a fused circuit without fitting a new fuse.

The automatic reset works like this. If a short circuit occurs, the breaker trips. It stays tripped for as long as the short circuit is present. Once the short circuit is removed, the breaker resets.

Note: Resetting a fused position is no substitute for diagnosing the fault, especially if the breaker trips repeatedly.
