Copper Washers

Copper washers for sealing and seating fasteners, sold in a wide range of metric, imperial and BSP sizes. They spread the load under a fastener, protect the surface it bears against and help keep the joint stable once tightened. Copper is mainly chosen where thermal and electrical conductivity matter, and it is also used where a seal is needed.

Metric sizes are given in mm as internal diameter x outer diameter x thickness. Imperial sizes are given in inches with a gauge number, in the same order: internal diameter x outer diameter x thickness. BSP sizes are given as the BSP thread size, which sets the internal and outer diameters, followed by a gauge number for the thickness. Pack quantities vary by size, from 10 to 100.
