Description
Heat shrink male bullet terminals with a 5mm bullet, for making sealed crimped connections on 4.0–6.0mm² cable. Supplied in a pack of 25.
Each terminal has a brass conductor and a copper tubular sleeve, both tin-plated for good conductivity and corrosion resistance. The polyethylene insulation is lined with hot melt adhesive. When heated it shrinks down and seals the joint against moisture, dirt and vibration. A 3:1 shrink ratio gives a tight seal. The terminals need little force to insert and are easy to crimp.
